Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service. The role focuses on developing articles, newsletters, emails and presentations, while maintaining guides and performance metrics.

You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, ensuring content quality, brand alignment, and audience engagement across multiple channels. This position is remote nationwide with broad stakeholder exposure.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage internal news articles and newsletters, presentations, and emails.
• Maintain process guides and data metrics.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Review and edit content for grammar, quality and brand adherence.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles, and intranet pages.
• Analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement for internal campaigns.
• Coordinate with video production for internal/external videos.
• Develop communications plans for client groups and programs.
