• Experience leading multiple functions with P&L ownership.

• Excellent communicator across senior leaders and founder.

Responsibilities

• Lead four department leads and their development, reviews, and performance.
• Set weekly cadence, quarterly priorities, and manage resource trade-offs.
• Own profit, margin on delivery, and decisions on opportunities and rejections.
• Lead commercial conversations: client contracts, redlines, and vendor terms.
• Coach and develop operators into leaders across the company.
