Qualifications

• Multiple functions reporting to you with ownership of their numbers and performance.
• Experience scaling teams from 40 to 140 employees.
• Proven profit responsibility with margin-focused results.
• Strong negotiation experience on contracts and with people.
• Clear communicator with four leaders and the founder.

Responsibilities

• Own four department heads and their development, reviews, and performance.
• Own weekly cadence and quarterly priorities, and decide what gets cut when conflicts arise.
• Own profit, margin on delivery, and cost of hires.
• Lead commercial conversations, client contracts, and vendor terms.
• Develop operators into actual leaders and drive accountability.
• Make timely decisions that today’s founder would otherwise hold.
