Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote agency serving US clients. As Integrator you run the company day to day, coordinating sales, recruiting, delivery and marketing. Today that work sits on the founder's desk, which is the whole reason this seat is open.

You are accountable for four department leads, the weekly rhythm, and the profit number underneath. You own client contracts, vendor terms, and what we will or will not agree to.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple functions and large teams.
• Proven track record growing headcount from ~40 to ~140.
• Experience managing profit margins and contracts.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead four department leads, their numbers and development.
• Own the weekly rhythm, quarterly priorities, and trade-offs when priorities clash.
• Oversee profit, margins on delivery, and hiring decisions.
• Drive client contract discussions and vendor terms, with clear stances on what we will agree to.
• Coach operators into leaders and push timely decisions alongside the founder.
