• Real negotiation experience, on contracts and with people.
• A communicator, able to align four leaders and the founder.

Responsibilities

• Lead four department leads and ensure alignment across functions.
• Own weekly rhythm, quarterly priorities, and trade-offs.
• Manage profitability, margins on delivery, and hiring costs.
• Oversee client contracts, vendor terms, and redlines.
• Develop operators into leaders and coach the team.
• Make day-to-day decisions that used to wait on the founder.
