Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Vice President of Operations (Integrator) to run day-to-day operations across four departments. You will manage the four department leads, shape weekly priorities, and uphold profit margins while guiding commercial negotiations and vendor terms.

The role requires strong experience in coaching leaders, cross-functional decision-making, and executing the founder's vision with speed and accountability. This is a remote, full-time position across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Must have led multiple functions with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in scaling teams from ~40 to ~140+.

Responsibilities

• Own four department leads, their numbers and performance.
• Set weekly rhythm, quarterly priorities, and trade-offs.
• Manage profit, delivery margins, hiring costs, and vendor terms.
• Lead commercial conversations including client contracts and redlines.
• Coach and develop leaders into actual executives.
