The position bridges strategy and hands-on leadership to scale operations, people and profitability. The role requires steering four department leads, shaping weekly cadence and quarterly priorities, and driving profitable growth while aligning with the founder’s vision.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple functions and teams
• Track record growing organizations from 40 to 140 people
• Strong negotiation experience on contracts and vendor terms
• Clear communicator to align leaders and founder

Responsibilities

• Oversee four department leads, including performance and development
• Set weekly rhythm, quarterly priorities, and tradeoffs when needed
• Manage profitability by delivery margin and cost of hires
• Lead commercial conversations, client contracts, and vendor terms
• Develop leaders from within and accelerate leadership growth
• Make day-to-day decisions previously held by the founder
