Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee four department leads, their numbers, development, reviews, and contingencies.
• Own weekly rhythm, quarterly priorities, and trade-offs when schedules clash.
• Manage profitability metrics, margin on delivery, and hiring costs.
• Lead commercial conversations: client contracts, redlines, and vendor terms.
• Develop leaders from within and elevate operational capability across the team.
• Make timely decisions that previously rested with the founder.
