Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote agency building websites and running paid and organic programs for US clients. The Integrator will run the company day to day, with responsibility for sales, recruiting, delivery and marketing, reporting to the founder who is shaping the vision.

The role requires leading multiple departments, owning profit margins, and making rapid, data-driven decisions. Expect a fast-paced environment with strong leadership development and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must have led multiple functions and managed leaders.
• Experience driving profit and margins, not just revenue.
• Strong negotiation skills on contracts and vendor terms.
• Excellent communication with four department leads and founder.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four department leads and their metrics, development, reviews, and escalations.
• Manage the weekly cadence, quarterly priorities, and trade-offs when plans collide.
• Own profit margin and delivery costs, and decide which opportunities to pursue or decline.
• Negotiate client contracts and vendor terms, and set binding redlines.
• Mentor and coach operators to become leaders and align with the founder's vision.
• Make day-to-day decisions that previously rested with the founder.
