• Strong negotiation experience on contracts and with people.
• Clear, direct communicator able to align four leaders and a founder.

Responsibilities

• Own four department leads, their numbers, development, reviews, and escalation decisions.
• Own weekly cadence, quarterly priorities, and trade-offs when priorities collide.
• Own profit metrics, margin on delivery, and cost of hires.
• Lead commercial conversations, client contracts, redlines, and vendor terms.
• Coach and develop operators into leaders across the org.
• Make decisions that previously sat with the founder, on the same day.
