Job summary

AlignOps is a rapidly growing technology provider serving the construction industry. We seek an Integration Team Manager to lead the integration implementation team, guide direct integrations with QuickBooks Online/Desktop, CompanyCam, Procore, Sage, and Zapier, and partner with customers and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and reliable systems.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate multi‑vendor projects, and contribute to new feature development while maintaining a client‑centric

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading customer‑facing teams, especially in technical roles.
• 5+ years of process and change management experience preferred.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining direct integrations between software applications.
• Experience with scoping, testing, and troubleshooting macro integrations.
• Strong technical skills in connecting and troubleshooting integrations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one check-ins with team members to guide progress.
• Facilitate performance reviews and set objectives for each member.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering to ideate and create solutions for customers.
• Coach team to maintain connections between busybusy and key integration partners.
• Support migration initiatives and coordinate scope, timelines, and resourcing.
