Job summary

Reeco is seeking an Integrations Team Lead to steer a centralized group responsible for supplier connectivity, accounting and POS integrations, data validation, and troubleshooting across North America hotel groups.

You'll build and guide the team, manage workload, improve processes, and ensure high-quality integration delivery with clear documentation and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical integrations or SaaS operations, or equivalent.
• Experience leading a technical/operational team and managing high-volume workloads.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Integrations team and manage workload.
• Oversee supplier connections, system integrations, credential validation, and data-flow testing.
• Standardize documentation, playbooks, and quality-control processes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and CS teams to align work.
• Communicate delivery risks and capacity constraints to leadership.
