Job summary

TrueAccord, a debt-resolution innovator, seeks an Integrations Engineer to lead bespoke client integrations within the Implementations team. You’ll design, test, and deploy data integrations, streamline handoffs, and document architectures for post-go-live support.

The role emphasizes robust coding, scalable tools, and strong API design in a remote-first setup, with collaboration across Client Experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a highly technical role (Integrations Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant).
• Expert Python; strong Golang and working Java knowledge.
• Database mastery: SQL and both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing 3rd party API integrations.
• Cloud-based technologies, scripting, and automation to solve complex problems.
• Experience with MFT to ensure secure data exchange is preferred.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data security, and API design.
• Track record delivering complex enterprise solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored integrations during client onboarding, architecting, testing, and deploying data integrations.
• Partner with Implementations to define scope, evaluate data, and estimate work and timelines.
• Write robust, scalable, secure code adhering to internal standards.
• Create scalable tools and reusable scripts to improve team efficiency.
• Document architectures, data dictionaries, integration specs, and runbooks.
• Provide expert support and act as escalation point for integration issues.
