Job summary

Get Covered and Revyse seeks a Partner & Integration Operations Lead to own external connections across business screening, tax info, insurance verification, payments, and document processing.

You'll translate compliance requirements into integration specs, write operational playbooks, and work with Product and Engineering to deliver reliable vendor verifications for our platform. This is a hands-on builder role for scale.

Qualifications

• Reads API documentation without need for translation.
• Writes clear integration requirements and validates results.
• Experience owning a partner/vendor relationship commercially - SLAs, escalations, terms.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with each third-party service the product depends on.
• Monitor SLAs, data quality, error rates, and cost per transaction.
• Read and understand partner agreements and renewals.
• Run evaluations when replacing or adding a partner.
• Translate compliance needs into integration requirements and workflows.
• Write specs with Product and Engineering and validate results.
• Test integrations and reproduce issues before escalation.
• Manage change pipeline and payment operations (fees, collections, retries).
• Document and improve enrollment, verification, renewals workflows.
