Job summary

PartnerCentric, Inc. is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to lead client onboarding, tracking implementations, integrations, and technical support with a client-first mindset.

You will ensure affiliate tracking and analytics deployments are accurate across networks while troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. This is a remote position for applicants residing in the United States, with independent work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2-4 years in technical operations, marketing technology, or digital marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate networks and tracking technologies.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, APIs, and web technologies for troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-focused communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, tracking implementations, integrations, and support with accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot affiliate tracking and attribution issues across networks and technologies.
• Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements to strengthen team knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful technical implementations.
• Perform QA and end-to-end testing for click, conversion, and attribution tracking.
