Job summary

Specright is seeking a Lead Developer of Integrations & Data Migration to lead integration and data migration workstreams on client implementations. You will work with ERP, Genesis, TOPS and other systems, delivering best-practice integration approaches and scalable migration solutions.

In this role you will guide technical work, mentor teams, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading data migration and integration workstreams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, integration patterns and data migration best practices.
• Knowledge of the SDLC and experience working within hybrid implementation methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration workstreams for client implementations to connect Specright with ERP and other systems.
• Lead data migration workstreams for client projects involving sensitive data.
• Document technical requirements for integrations, APIs, and data migration.
• Provide technical estimates, identify risks, and recommend implementation approaches.
• Deliver scalable, secure integration and migration solutions for client adoption.
• Coordinate with distributed implementation teams and conduct weekly technical training.
