Job summary

Activated Insights is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead product operations, backlog ownership, and vendor integrations across the platform. You will act as the technical liaison between partner teams, customers, and Engineering, driving go-live readiness and maintaining the knowledge base with runbooks and documentation.

You will own the integration roadmap, coordinate with Partnerships on non-technical aspects, and ensure data flow and authentication meet security standards while aligning

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across application and API layers.
• Fluency reading API specifications and communicating constraints to stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication for contracts, runbooks, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the backlog for assigned products and integrations.
• Lead sprint planning, scrums, grooming, and reviews with Engineering squads.
• Validate increments against acceptance criteria and coordinate releases.
