Job summary

AlignOps seeks a Solutions Engineer I to support sales, implementation, and renewal phases. You will partner with Account Executives to assess client needs, validate solutions, and design data flow architectures. Post-sale, you’ll guide implementations and client success with deep technical expertise.

The role requires strong problem-solving and client engagement skills, with duties spanning discovery, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing scalable data architectures and integration patterns.
• Ability to analyze complex technical and operational challenges across environments.
• Experience as a technical resource for sales and implementation teams.
• Ability to mentor peers and lead cross-functional technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support AEs in technical discovery to assess client environment and needs.
• Design and validate data flow and integration architectures.
• Document advanced product solutions and data designs for sales cycles.
• Collaborate with client teams to validate feasibility and alignment with infrastructure.
• Lead knowledge transfer during Sales-to-Implementation handoffs.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance to Implementation and Client Success teams during post-sale.
