Job summary

Seven Starling is hiring a Provider Support Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for a network of therapists and nurse practitioners. You will guide providers from onboarding through ongoing support and offboarding, ensuring resources and positive experiences to improve patient care.

This remote, full-time role reports to the Sr. Manager of Provider Operations. Our team values empathy, organization, and clear communication as we scale access to maternal mental healthcare.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a support, operations coordination, or customer-facing role.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new platforms.
• Experience with helpdesk and CRM tools is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day provider support tickets via ticketing system.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for providers.
• Maintain provider records across systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow SOPs and surface recurring issues to leadership.
