Float Health, a Series A startup, is hiring an Intake Specialist to coordinate start-of-care visits and manage patient referrals. This fully remote US role emphasizes fast, clear communication, detailed scheduling, and seamless collaboration with nurses and pharmacies to deliver timely home visits.

We offer a base salary of $48,000–$50,000 annually, full benefits, and a supportive, fast-paced environment that values flexibility and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Ability to use multiple technology platforms simultaneously.
• Able to manage inbound communication while supporting other tasks.
• Typing speed of 60 wpm with high accuracy.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate start of care visits using the Float Health platform and tools.
• Match nurses to patients and manage offers in the marketplace.
• Onboard patients and confirm logistics for home visits.
• Respond to restaff and reschedule requests across channels.
• Communicate with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via email, phone, chat and SMS.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure visit documentation and tasks are completed.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and learn new processes continuously.
• Develop relationships with peers at specialty pharmacies and handle engagement tasks.
