Job summary

Insurance Services Group of the Southeast, Inc. is hiring a friendly Customer Service Associate to work remotely in an entry-level capacity.

You will make outbound follow-up calls to insureds with pending insurance requirements, explain what’s needed, and keep the process moving while accurately documenting each interaction in Microsoft Dynamics. This is not a sales role and offers full-time W2 employment with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life, 401K and PTO,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
• Ability to document interactions clearly and accurately.
• Professional phone presence with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls regarding pending insurance information and missing documentation.
• Return voicemails and respond to basic customer emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Explain requirements clearly and help customers navigate the online portal.
• Leave professional voicemails and complete follow-up attempts.
• Answer basic questions and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Document all calls and commitments accurately in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Maintain follow-up schedules and meet productivity expectations.
