Job summary

USAble Life is seeking customer care professionals to join a remote team handling insurance and benefits inquiries. You will resolve complex issues with empathy, maintain accurate notes, and support employers, agents, and members across multiple systems.

Three years in a professional customer-facing role and a high school diploma are preferred. Training is six weeks, with paid onboarding and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in high-volume call center environments.
• Ability to handle sensitive insurance benefits and claims issues with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high-quality care and accountability in calls and emails.
• Answer a high volume of calls related to insurance benefits and claims.
• Explain coverage provisions, claims statuses, and decisions clearly to members and employers.
