Job summary

MCI is seeking a customer service representative to work remotely, engaging with customers across the country to resolve issues and sell products.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with responsibilities including answering questions, resolving issues, and documenting orders. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Strong team orientation and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Utilize knowledge base and training to answer customer questions and sell products.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
• Accurately document and process customer orders in appropriate systems.
