Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner, seeks an experienced Services Advisor based in the United States to translate complex insurance needs into well-defined professional services engagements. You will partner with Sales and Services Delivery to scope projects, draft Statements of Work, and outline deliverables, timelines, costs, and resources.

In this remote role, you will lead client discovery, coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Data, and Solution Services teams, and ensure smooth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services or Consulting, managing or scoping complex software implementations.
• 5+ years in the insurance industry with understanding of agency workflows.
• Strong ability to estimate effort and develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ability to break down complex projects into phased implementation plans.
• Experience with AI tools and improving workflows through technology.
• Familiarity with APIs, data warehousing concepts, and integration strategies.
• Strong technical writing skills for project documentation and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Identify client service opportunities with Sales and expand professional services.
• Lead detailed discovery sessions with insurance stakeholders to define requirements and engagement.
• Design end-to-end project scopes and create Statements of Work with deliverables, timelines and resources.
• Assess project complexity pre-sales to improve resource allocation and reduce scope creep.
• Present methodologies, scope, timelines, and costs to executive stakeholders to gain alignment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Data, and Solution Services to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Engage Services teams early for customized solutions and feasible delivery approaches.
• Identify additional services opportunities for prospective and existing customers.
• Support mergers and acquisitions programs with data migration requirements.
• Use feedback to improve scoping practices and delivery readiness.
