• Preferred: Internship, part-time work, customer-facing experience, sales experience, athletics, leadership involvement.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions by partnering with experienced sales representatives.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations with brokers.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up, and account management.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain sales process exposure.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training and on-the-job experience.
• Develop understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program toward advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
