Great American Employer Health Solutions is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a growing team. This role offers a developmental path with hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships.

The position can be fully remote across the continental United States. You will learn the Employer Health Solutions business, support outreach and scheduling, and participate in broker meetings to gain practical sales experience while developing industry

Qualifications

• Build consultative sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Comfortably interact with brokers, agencies, and business owners.
• Develop understanding of health insurance products and underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales reps to learn the Employer Health Solutions business.
• Support prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, and pipeline tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers and clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans.
• Attend industry events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with CRM updates.
