Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentoring, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships. The position supports the sales team, with a path to a full Sales Representative role.

You will learn to analyze RFPs, engage brokers, and manage opportunities in a remote-capable setup across the continental United States, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations and eligibility requirements.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up activities, and account management tasks.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand industry knowledge and relationships.
• Progress through a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
