Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a developmental program designed for long-term careers in insurance sales. You will train alongside experienced sales professionals, gain exposure to underwriting and broker relationships, and learn the business from the ground up.

The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to advance to a full Sales Representative position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations.
• Support sales with prospect outreach, meetings, follow-up, and account management.
• Attend meetings with brokers, business owners, and prospective clients.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans.
• Understand underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand knowledge.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting to support new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program to advance into a full Sales Representative role.
