Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting, broker relationships, and the full sales cycle in employer health solutions.

The position supports RFP reviews, prospect outreach, meetings with brokers and clients, and progress through a structured training program toward a full Sales Representative role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with sales reporting and CRM updates.
