Allstate Insurance is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. You will engage with insurance shoppers via calls, live chat, and other channels from a home office, uncover client needs, and present tailored Allstate solutions.

Expect a consultative, no cold-calling approach and the chance to contribute to a Fortune 100 company. Base pay is $18/hour with total compensation between $52,730 and $76,480 annually, consisting of base plus performance-based

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with a sales focus.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state of residence (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate's support.
• Sales Representatives must obtain and maintain all required resident and non-resident Producer licenses for the role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and more in a work from home call center environment.
• Use your insurance expertise to uncover customer needs and recommend Allstate products and related solutions.
• Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales strategy — no cold calling.
• Work from home to drive sales growth while delivering customer-first service.
