Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to engage with insured shoppers and convert warm leads from a home-based call center. Leverage insurance expertise to tailor solutions and drive growth while delivering a customer-first experience.

This role offers base pay of $18 per hour with total compensation of $52,730–$76,480 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and licensing support. Availability includes evenings and weekends with no cold calling.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (sales-focused).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s support.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace; equipment provided.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary engagement method.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours to meet call volume and service expectations.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live interactions.
• Adhere to schedules, including evenings and weekends.

• Navigate multiple computer systems while engaging with customers.
