Allstate is expanding its Inside Sales team and seeking a motivated individual to handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and more from a home office. You will use your insurance knowledge to tailor solutions and convert warm leads to customers.

This full-time role offers a base pay of $18/hour and a total compensation range of $52,730–$76,480 annually, with productivity-based incentives and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license in your state preferred.
• Optional: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license preferred.
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain licenses with Allstate’s support.
• Must have reliable high‑speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and other channels.
• Engage customers, uncover needs, and recommend Allstate products.
• Convert warm leads into customers using consultative sales approaches.
• Work from home and adhere to schedule including evenings/weekends.
