Allstate Insurance Co. offers a full-time Insurance Sales Representative role that can be worked from home across the United States.

You will engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and more, uncover coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions from Allstate products. You will convert warm leads using a consultative sales strategy, work remotely to grow sales, and deliver a customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (with a sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s support.
• Sales Representatives must obtain and maintain all required resident and non-resident Producer licenses necessary to sell insurance in any state designated by Allstate.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary engagement method.
• Maintain availability during work hours to meet call volume and service expectations.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live customer interactions.
• Adhere to assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while actively engaged with customers.
