Empire Life is seeking a Product Manager, Insurance Product Marketing to join our Retail - Insurance Marketing team. You will optimize sales, build awareness, and keep our Retail Insurance product portfolio competitive across Canada.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and distribution partners, provide education and product support, and lead marketing plans and tactics to raise visibility of Empire Life’s products.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree with courses in business, marketing analysis, and finance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Highly analytical with ability to research, analyze data and make recommendations.
• 5+ years’ product management experience in financial services or life insurance.
• Knowledge of participating life insurance products and regulatory environments.

Aufgaben

• Respond to new product opportunities and challenges with existing product lines to reach target sales.
• Identify product trends and opportunities for promotion of new products and enhancements.
• Deliver high-impact messaging to align with Empire’s value proposition.
• Develop and maintain relationships as SME on existing products and respond to inquiries.
• Create and implement strategic marketing plans to support Retail Insurance Marketing.
• Monitor Empire and competitor products and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Champion development and launch of enhancements to existing products.
• Provide product specifications and SME input for feature development of the insurance illustrator platform.
• Build business cases and cost-benefit analyses for product initiatives.
• Educate stakeholders on product features.
