This remote role collaborates with Engineering, Design, Data and Commercial teams, plus third-party partners, to translate business models into a roadmap that delivers customer value and grows the product's impact. You will balance customer needs with partner economics, manage the backlog, and measure funnel performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with a track record of delivering high-impact products end-to-end.
• Experience in Insurance or regulated vertical, and comfortable with regulatory, commercial and partner dynamics.
• Proven at building products from 0-to-1, growing in-life propositions, or both.
• A genuine all-rounder – technical enough for partner APIs, commercially sharp, and able to optimize the funnel and engage users.
• Exemplary communication and stakeholder skills, with a proven ability to work well with third-party partners.
• Data-driven, curious and proactive – happy to be hands-on in a fast-moving, expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and commercial performance for your propositions.
• Take a product from 0-to-1, or grow and optimize one already in-life – owning it end-to-end.
• Define what great looks like for customers and measure the value your propositions deliver.
• Own the end-to-end customer journey – acquisition, onboarding, in-life engagement and retention.
• Optimize the funnel and design engagement strategies that grow customer value.
• Translate the proposition, commercials and partner arrangements into clear requirements for Engineering.
