Qualifications

• Three to five years of product management experience in a similar or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Empathy and ability to understand user mindsets and needs.
• Desire to gain exposure to complex aspects of product management.
• Detail oriented, organized and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Product Management for the Insurance division.
• Contribute to creating and managing a strategic roadmap balancing user needs, business goals, and company objectives.
• Oversee existing products and define new features based on customer feedback.
• Identify when to adjust solutions and iterate with speed and precision.
• Manage multiple streams of discovery and testing decisions.
• Lead user research and market analysis to inform requirements.
• Ensure requirements are thorough, testable and visually coherent.
• Gather data to form hypotheses and drive solutions.
