Paychex in Phoenix seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to drive Insurance product line strategies and coordinate market activities. You will identify opportunities, develop plans, and work with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Product Development to launch new services to clients, prospects, and employees.

Responsibilities include directing marketing communications, managing web content and materials, and presenting plans to Senior Management.

Qualifications

• Insurance and/or InsurTech experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Marketing concentration) preferred.
• 5 years of experience in business-related roles.

Responsabilités

• Plans, develops, and implements marketing activities and strategies for assigned product lines to position Paychex in the marketplace.
• Proposes and conducts market research to gain insight into trends within markets.
• Directs marketing communications, including web content, printed materials, and electronic sales presentations.
• Coordinates plans with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Product Development to launch new services.
• Presents plans to Senior Management to build consensus on strategic goals.
• Recommends and implements Marketing Communications strategies aligned with brand standards.
• Monitors competitive environment and adjusts plans to meet future opportunities.
• Develops and implements plans to support client acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
