Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI/Data Visualization tools; Python or R preferred.
• Able to present findings clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences via experimentation and analytics.
• Perform moderately complex analyses to generate actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and communicate performance and trends of digital products for personal lines auto and property.
• Assess market risks and opportunities using data-driven insights for executive decisions.
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake, and Power BI to analyze large data sets.
• Support business-case development by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impact.
• Apply AI tools to increase analytical efficiency and enable proactive decision support.
• Prepare clear presentations and reports for leadership and partners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve analytics efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, Operations, etc.
• Travel (<10%) for team meetings as needed.
