Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences.
• Perform moderately complex analyses to support growth and profitability targets.
• Monitor performance and insights of digital products for personal lines auto and property.
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and PowerBI to analyze large data sets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to leadership and cross-functional teams.
