Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence. You’ll partner with the Digital Experience team to shape personal lines products and digital experiences, delivering data-driven insights and strategic decisions.

Role requires 6+ years in analytics with strong SQL, Excel and BI tool expertise; remote-first with occasional travel. Competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries.
• Strong research, statistical and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to structure analyses and present findings clearly.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Snowflake, Python or R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to optimize digital experiences using data.
• Perform moderately complex analyses to drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor performance and strategic insights of digital products.
• Evaluate market risks and opportunities; influence leadership decisions.
• Use SQL, Excel, Snowflake, and BI tools to access and analyze data.
• Build business cases by modeling scenarios and financial impacts.
• Apply AI techniques to automate routines and scale analytics.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and partners.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve analytics efficiency.
• Collaborate across Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, and Operations.
• Occasional travel (<10%) as needed.
