Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence, in a remote-capable role. You will partner with the Digital Experience team to shape personal lines auto and property products using analytics to influence decisions and drive growth.

You will utilize SQL, Power BI, Snowflake and AI-enabled analytics, presenting insights to leadership and collaborating with Actuarial, Finance, and Product teams with travel limited to under 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or related field.
• 6+ years analytical experience in insurance or related industries.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker); Python or R preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to optimize digital experiences through experiments and data-driven decisions.
• Perform moderately complex analyses to support growth and profitability targets.
• Monitor performance and insights of digital products supporting personal lines auto and property.
• Evaluate market risks and opportunities using data-driven insights to influence leadership.
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and Power BI to analyze large data sets.
• Develop business cases by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impact.
• Apply AI tools to increase efficiency and automate routine tasks.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve analytics through automation and governance.
• Collaborate across Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management and Operations.
• Occasional travel (<10%) for meetings and cross-functional alignment.
