WAHVE LLC is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to support insurance carrier or MGA clients from home. Leverage extensive insurance experience to translate customer requirements into functional specs and to manage multi-state, multi-line policy life cycles.

You will liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance and IT, develop operational KPIs, process transactions, and serve as SME for rating submissions. Full- or part-time schedules are available with company benefits.

• Must have extensive insurance industry experience including recent years.

Mansioni

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, and information technology teams.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into clear functional specifications for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy life cycle including rating, quoting, and issuing policies.
• Participate in development of operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow workflows dependent on line of business, state, and regulations.
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
