Candidates should bring extensive insurance industry knowledge, with a track record spanning multi-state operations. You'll liaison across underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT, translating requirements into actionable specifications and helping manage policy life cycles.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience in insurance.
• Last 10 years of insurance industry experience.
• Remote work capability with multi-state, multi-line accounts.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for technicians.
• Manage multi-state policy life cycles including rating and issuing.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions across varied workflows by line of business and state.
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and departments of insurance.
