Job summary

WAHVE seeks seasoned insurance professionals for work-at-home Operations Business Analyst assignments. You’ll collaborate with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT to translate complex requirements into clear functional specs and manage multi-state, multi-line policy lifecycles including rating, quoting and issuing policies.

• 25 years of full-time work experience
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, information technology and other operational areas.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through the policy life cycle including rating, pricing, quoting and issuing policies.
• Develop and understand operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows depending on line of business, state and regulations.
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
