Job summary

Wahve LLC is seeking experienced Insurance Operations Business Analysts to join our remote team. Leverage extensive insurance knowledge to support carrier and MGA clients from home, with flexible full- or part-time schedules and company benefits.

You will liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, and IT; translate requirements into functional specs; manage multi-state, multi-line policy lifecycles; develop KPIs and service standards; handle data submissions to rating bureaus and state

Qualifications

25 years of full-time work experience in insurance.
10 recent years of insurance industry experience.
Remote work readiness and self-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and other areas.
Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for technical teams.
Manage multi-state, multi-line policy lifecycles including rating/pricing and issuing policies.
Develop operational KPIs and service standards for delivery.
Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business and regulation.
Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
