Wahve LLC is seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Analyst to work from home, offering a flexible full- or part-time schedule and comprehensive benefits.

You will liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, and IT, translating requirements into clear technical specs while managing multi-state policy lifecycles, including rating and issuing policies. A SME role includes data submissions to rating bureaus and state insurance departments.

• 25 years of full-time work experience in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and other operational areas.
• Translate user requirements into clear functional requirements for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line policy life cycle including rating, pricing, quoting and issuing policies.
• Develop and understand operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business, state, and regulations.
• Serve as SME on data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
