The role supports carrier or MGA clients by coordinating across underwriting, accounting, compliance, and IT, while ensuring accurate data submissions and policy lifecycle actions. Competenze

• 25 years of full-time work experience in the insurance industry.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.

Mansioni

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other ops areas to coordinate work.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements clear for technical teams.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through the policy life cycle including rating, pricing, quoting and issuing.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards to drive performance.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows based on line of business, state rules and regulations.
• Serve as SME for preparing data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
