You will liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, and IT; translate requirements into clear specifications; manage multi-state accounts through the policy lifecycle; and contribute to KPI development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and other operations.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specs for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout policy lifecycle (rating/pricing, quoting, issuing).
• Develop operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business and state.
• Act as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
