• Experience coordinating with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT teams
• Ability to translate customer requirements into functional specs for technical teams
• Knowledge of policy life cycle including rating, pricing, quoting and issuing policies

Responsabilités

• Liaise with operational areas such as underwriting, accounting, compliance and IT
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for technicians
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout policy life cycle including rating, quoting and issuing policies
• Participate in development of operational KPIs and service standards
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows based on line of business, state, and regulations
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance
