Job summary

Wahve LLC is seeking experienced insurance professionals for work-from-home Operations Business Analyst roles. You will liaise with underwriting, accounting and IT, translate requirements into functional specs, and manage multi-state policy life cycles across rating, quoting and issuing of policies.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.
• Experience managing multi-state, multi-line policy accounts.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of rating/pricing, quoting and issuing policies.
• Familiarity with preparing data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, information technology and other teams.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional specifications for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through the policy life cycle including rating/pricing, quoting and issuing policies.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business and state rules.
• Act as SME for preparing data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
